Stop Seeking. Start Noticing.

Beneath the noise of the world and the chatter of the mind, there is a silence. In that silence, There Is Love.

Begin the Journey

What Does “There Is Love” Mean?

We often speak of love as something we must earn, something we fall into, or something we can lose. But this is a limited view.

“There Is Love” is a statement of existence. It suggests that love is the fundamental fabric of the universe—the background radiation of our lives. Just as there is gravity holding your feet to the earth, and just as there is oxygen filling your lungs, there is love holding your spirit.

It is the compassionate awareness that exists before a thought arises. It is the capacity to hold suffering without breaking. It is the quiet pulse of connection that links every living being.

When we say “There Is Love,” we are not asking for it. We are acknowledging it.

The Expansion of the Heart

To live in this truth is to travel through three distinct landscapes.

1. Love of Self

This is not vanity. This is the courageous act of befriending your own interior life. It is meeting your inner critic with kindness rather than defense. It is looking at your scars, your history, and your fears, and saying, “You are welcome here, too.”

2. Love of Others

When we realize that we are held by love, we realize our neighbor is held by the same love. We stop seeing others as obstacles to our happiness and start seeing them as fellow travelers. We practice deep listening and see the innocent child within everyone we meet.

3. Love of the World

This is the appreciation of the great web of life—from the trees that breathe for us to the stars that guide us. It is moving from a sense of isolation to a sense of belonging. It is stewardship, gratitude, and living with a sense of “enough.”

The Wall of Witness

We are trained to see the conflict in the world. Let us retrain our eyes to see the care.
Below are small acts of love witnessed by visitors from around the globe.

“I saw a teenager stop his bike to help an elderly woman carry her groceries across the ice.”
Witnessed in Montreal, Canada
“The silence of the sunrise this morning reminded me that I am given a new chance every day.”
Witnessed in Austin, Texas

Where did you see love today?

A Resting Place, Not a Marketplace

Welcome. If you have found your way here, perhaps you are tired of the noise. The internet is full of demands—buy this, click that, improve yourself, become “better.”

There Is Love was created to be the opposite of that noise.

For many years, I lived my life as a seeker. I looked for peace in achievements and I looked for love as if it were a prize to be won. But through the grace of time and the stillness of deep listening, I came to a quiet realization:

We do not need to build love.

We only need to remove the barriers we have built against it.

Who Am I?

I am just a fellow traveler. Like you, I have known great joy and deep sorrow. I have known what it is to lose, and what it is to heal. I created this space simply to offer a gift. I have nothing to sell you. You do not need to give me your email. You do not need to buy a course. You do not need to prove you are worthy to be here.

Treat this website like a park bench. Come here when you need to catch your breath.

Sit with the phrase There Is Love until you feel your shoulders drop and your breath deepen.

  • Take a breath.
  • Notice your feet on the floor.
  • Notice the screen in front of you.
  • Notice that you are here, and you are safe.
